Shipping Policy – AWE Tuning Europe (Awesome GTI Ltd)

Dispatch Times

  • Orders for stocked items placed before 14:00 (GMT/BST) on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after this time may still be dispatched the same day, but you must contact us beforehand to confirm.

  • If you need an item urgently, call us on 0044 (0) 161 776 0777 (option 1) before placing your order to confirm availability.

Stock Levels

  • Our website does not display live stock levels.

  • We aim to keep popular items in stock, but some products or variations may need to be ordered.

  • If you have a deadline or are booking a fitting, wait until your order arrives and is checked before making any workshop appointments.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are not included in the listed product prices.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

International Orders

  • We export globally.

  • Outside the EU: UK VAT is not charged.

  • Within the EU: VAT is charged unless you provide a valid EU VAT number and proof of business address.

  • Some countries may require bank transfer only for payment.

  • Note: International prices may seem cheaper elsewhere, but landed costs (duty + VAT + shipping) often make UK purchases more competitive.

Returns & Refunds

Orders Supplied Correctly:

  • Within 14 days of delivery: You can return items for any reason. You’ll get a full refund including the original delivery cost. Return shipping is not covered.

  • 15–28 days after delivery: Returns are accepted with a 20% handling fee. No delivery costs are refunded.

  • After 28 days: No returns accepted.

 

Orders Supplied Incorrectly (assuming items are in resaleable condition):

  • Within 28 days: Full refund including original and return shipping.

  • Items must be unused, unfitted, and returned in original packaging. Fitted or test-fitted items, or anything returned without a Returns Notice Number, will not be refunded.

 

Returns Process

  • You must inform us by email or phone within 7 working days of delivery to initiate a return.

  • A staff member will issue a Returns Notice Number—this must be included in your return package along with a copy of your invoice.

  • Returns without a valid Returns Notice Number will not be refunded.

 

Other Important Info

  • Shipping-related refunds can take up to 7 working days to process.

  • We are not liable for losses from delays, workshop appointments made before delivery, or items returned in poor condition.
